The 2D Reconnaissance Battalion Association is a non-profit organization currently being administered by Helping Hands GA. The association operates exclusively for the purposes and objectives specified in Articles 102 and 103 of the Association's Constitution and Bylaws.  None of the aforementioned objectives shall be construed to authorize the Association to conduct activities for monetary profit or financial gains or to attempt to legislate.

  1. Elected or appointed officials shall not receive any stated compensation for their services.
  2. The Membership may authorize the Board to receive reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
  3. The Association shall use its funds only to accomplish the purposes specified in Article 102 and 103 above.
  4. In the event of dissolution of the Association, and after the discharge of all liabilities, the remaining assets shall be given to a non-profit organization whose purposes and objectives are similar to those of the Association, such organization will be designated by a majority vote of the Board.
